This workshop is for all levels Ashtanga Yoga practioners. For those ones who have regular routine as well as for those who are new to this practice.
Aline is current high experienced teacher and practicioner. She ls flexible in her teachings, able and happy to support everyone on their path to make step ahead in their practice.

We are inviting you to experience the individual changes during everyday practice in the powerfull collective enviroment.

There will be everyday morning Mysore style practice and as well one day of the Led class 1st series. Evening sessions will offer 2 days Talks + questions and answers by Aline and 3 days of Thai Yoga massage - the workshop of giving and recieving, by Nati.

Everyday after your morning practice you will get a healthy drink´n´snack to make your day eaven more powerfull.

About Aline:
Aline is Level 2 Authirized teacher from KPJAYI(sri.K Pattabi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute), Mysore

Born on the South coast of Brazil, Aline Fernandes has traveled the world before making New York her base nearly 13 years a go. Her career as a Fashion model started with Ford Models in 1998 and eventually took her to Milan, Paris, Germany, Australia and USA.
After moving to New York in 2002 she took up Ashtanga Yoga, and while continuing her modeling career, she studied daily with Eddie Stern of Ashtanga Yoga New York. This practice kept her balanced and centered, helping her to persevere in the chaos of the big city.
Inspired by what she learnt Aline pursued thi path and went to India in 2003 in order to study under the guidance of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Jois.
In 2010 she was authorized level 2 by KPJAYI ( India ) enabling her to teach the method. Furthermore, Aline studied Transcendental Meditation at the David Lynch Foundation and Vedic Meditation with Thom Knoles.
Aline's philosophy and approach to teaching emphasizes the transformative quality of the Ashtanga Yoga practice in which the movement are synchronized, shifthing our perspective to build a compreensive and accurate conception of who we are and helping us to perceive essential truths about our true nature.
Aline has taught at AYNY ( Ashtanga Yoga New York ) from 2008 till 2013, at Lycee Francais and Tumblr's NYC headquarters, and led workshops/retreats in Brazil, Spain and Africa. She also has taught children's yoga
As a model she worked for many high profile clients like including Elle, Vogue, Hapers Bazaar, L'oreal, Dior,Victoria's Secret, Nordstrom, Levis and also is currently one of the yoga role models for the sportswear line Athleta.
Aline is devoted to exploring all aspects of a truly yogic lifestyle, which included aspects as varies as mindfullness and balanced nutrition. She is eternally grateful for the guidance and inspiration of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, Sharath Jois, Eddie Stern and her family and friends.
